Services Offered:
  • Supportive  services: Services are provided for the homeless population within San  Juan County. This includes performing outreach services to identify,  coordinate, and refer homeless persons and families to the appropriate  service providers, while addressing their housing needs.

  • Rental  Assistance: Services are based on one time financial assistance for  those who qualify. If clients meet the program guidelines, they may  receive security deposit, first month’s rent, rental assistance and/or  utility deposits.

  • Homeless  Prevention: Clients may qualify for eviction prevention services and/or  referral services to local agencies that assist the homeless, to  include federal and state agencies.

Requirements:

A person must be homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness.

How to Access Services:

Mondays: Intake Day for Walk-Ins is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
