About 505-GET-FREE
The 505 GET FREE hotline/textline, located in New Mexico's capitol city of Santa Fe, provides information on access to resources and HT response statewide
The mission of the hotline is to collaborate locally, statewide, and nationwide to connect people and resources. Carefully considering client choice and safety issues, this effort links victims to the appropriate programs, communities, and resources that promote a life of health and well-being.

In 2012, the 505 GET FREE hotline was established to provide statewide help, information, and resources to victims of human trafficking and other interested members of the public. The hotline was the first in the United States to provide help via texting.
Posting of the 505 GET FREE hotline became a statutory requirement for all businesses subject to the minimum wage laws in New Mexico in 2014.
Help us end modern day slavery
Victims of Human Trafficking are in need of hope and long term care to prevent their re-victimization by providing comprehensive programs (medical, psychological, educational, housing, and material assistance) with full respect and regard for their human rights. We can do this by collaborating, educating, and gathering resources.
