ARISE Sexual Assault Services provides free emergency services for individuals who experience sexual assault in and around Quay, De Bacca, Rossevelt, Curry, Harding, and Union Conties. Provide conseling for sexual trauma issue and trauma informed services. As well as emotional support and conseling services are availible for friends and family survivors.

SANE Exams--SAME nurse can provided physical exam for evidence collection for the welbeing og the survivor.
